This has been an interesting day! My sister from California will be coming for a visit in April.
Such a difference from the desert to rainy Indiana in April. It will be fun regardless!

I have been making a runner today for the cute bowl and pitcher that I bought at a consignment shop last Wed. It has dark red cherries, green leaves and dark red and cream check at the top with a green rim. It's just cute and makes you smile. Should be pretty in the summer with bright yellow flowers.

I would like to thank Kelly from Charming Chatter who has been such an inspiration to get this started. I have recently retired and I am really getting to sew and love every minute. Blogging is a new world and I hope that I can interest you and all of you can give me advice!

Welcome to my world. I will tell you about my two 4 legged balls of fur and our adventures.
I did happen to get a very bossy male dog who lets me know when to start dinnner and when to serve his teaspoon of ice cream. Unbelieveable.

You'll probably hear about my 4 wonderful grown children, and my 9 grandchildren and now one really cute little red headed great grandaughter.
